Mandatory prerequisites are required to activate valid return services, including intact original packaging, unused product status, and official purchase proof submitted by shoppers.
Partial refund settlement will be adopted under specified scenarios: visible daily use marks on products, manually damaged goods, and incomplete items damaged by improper user operation.
Non-refundable return shipping fee is a unified platform rule. Free replacement service covers factory defective products only. Shipped orders cannot be revised or canceled. Relevant logistics claims need to be submitted by buyers to shipping carriers independently.
